Emerald Place at Lake Whalom - Lunenburg, MA

Emerald Place at Lake Whalom was previously a landmark amusement park that had been abandoned. In an effort to revitalize the area, Global acquired the land and developed a mixed-use retail and residential complex.

The development includes over 240,000 square-feet of residential space that includes 240 condominiums, retail space and community accommodations. The project also incorporates Park lands and redevelopment of waterfront areas. Global delivered extensive entitlement, modifications, re-entitlement and construction management of site infrastructure to meet complex regulatory compliance.
