Pine Manor College - Hanson, MA

Global worked with Pine Manor College to create facility options and assist with renovations, deferred maintenance, utilization of land assets and revenue options for expansion. Global also created an operating budget profit center as a means to supplement falling endowment revenues and flat enrollments. Lighting, water, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and all associated systems were part of the facilities assessment. Dorm renovation, roofing, building facades and critical working systems were actively repaired and evaluated.

Additionally, Global administered a green energy campus commitment to overhaul deferred life cycle campus infrastructures that were past effectiveness.
