Riverbend Estates - Berkley, MA

Riverbend Estates is a 68 unit for sale wood frame duplex development that required asset analysis and repositioning. Global and our development partners provided an existing condition analysis and identified a plan that outlined the status of permitting, development and construction.

As a fee for service process, Global provided an asset recovery plan that included a phased strategy to reposition and revitalize the project with some selected build outs of units after updating and modifying the design. This included a modular building program to streamline costs and create portfolio recovery.
