Wampanoag Tribal Center - Mashpee, MA

Global was chosen by the Wampanoag Tribe to assist them with the redevelopment of their tribal lands in Mashpee, MA. The goal of the project was to turn the land into a multi-use government and cultural facility. The project required design, development, finance, turnkey planning and grant development.

The efforts materialized into a 44,000 square-foot facility that includes spaces for tribal administration, health care services and community and cultural heritage preservation and youth services. The 55+ acre site was designed to meet green protocol and compliments the tribal pow wow meeting grounds.
